Refund & Return Policy
At Vet Culture Co., each item is crafted, packed, and shipped with care—because I know what it’s like to wait for something that matters.
That said, if something isn’t right, I’ll make it right. Please review the policy below.
📦 Returns & Exchanges
Because most of my items are handmade or custom-created, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or was damaged in shipping.
If you believe your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact me at [your email] within 7 days of delivery with a description and a photo. I’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
🎨 Custom Orders
Custom designs—including bulk orders, clinic-specific artwork, and commissioned items—are non-refundable once design work has begun. Each quote includes a non-refundable design fee. Full payment is required before custom orders ship.
💳 Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
📬 Lost or Delayed Packages
Please allow up to 7 business days after shipping for your order to arrive (especially via USPS Media Mail or First Class). If your tracking info shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact your local post office first. If you still need help, I’m happy to assist.
