Yes. Orders of $25 or more ship free within the U.S. via USPS First Class or Media Mail, depending on size. The free shipping credit covers my standard shipping rate, so if you choose an upgraded carrier option at checkout you will see that carrier's rate instead. One exception: apparel and bags are made to order and ship separately at a flat $9.95 in the contiguous U.S. ($15.00 to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico), so they are not covered by the free shipping threshold. Most orders ship within 2 to 4 business days. Apparel and bags are printed after you order, so allow 2 to 4 business days of production before those ship. Custom orders may take longer depending on design time, but I will always keep you updated. If an item is temporarily out of stock, I will notify you and ship it as soon as it is restocked, usually within a few additional business days.

Bundles, apparel, and larger orders ship with tracking, and you will get the number by email as soon as the label is created. Small sticker and flat-mail orders are typically sent via USPS First Class Mail without tracking, which is what keeps shipping on a $3 sticker reasonable. If your order has not turned up, email me and I will help sort it out.

Sweatshirts and totes are printed individually when you order, at a different facility than my stickers and cards. That means they ship in their own package at a flat $9.95 within the contiguous U.S. ($15.00 to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico), and they are not eligible for the free shipping threshold. If you order apparel alongside stickers or cards, you will see a combined shipping rate at checkout covering both packages, and they will arrive at different times. There is no rush or expedited option on made-to-order items.

Most packages arrive within 7 business days after they ship. Please allow a little extra time during holidays or postal delays. If your order has not arrived after 10 business days, feel free to contact me.

It is a women's cropped crewneck with a boxy body and balloon sleeves, so it runs shorter than a standard crew. Measurements are in inches, laid flat, with a 1 inch tolerance:

Each piece is printed for your specific order, so there is no shelf stock to swap against. That is the tradeoff that makes a small apparel line possible at all. Damaged or misprinted items are always replaced free within 30 days.

Turn it inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle, and tumble dry low. Skip the bleach and do not iron directly on the design. Treated that way, the print stays sharp for years.

A 7.6 oz fleece in 70% combed ring-spun cotton and 30% recycled polyester, with 1x1 ribbing and spandex at the cuffs and hem. It is dyed with OEKO-TEX certified low-impact dyes and made in a WRAP certified facility, by a mill that partners with the Fair Labor Association. The tote is a 6.8 oz canvas in 55% hemp and 45% cotton.

Because many items are handmade or custom-created, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless something arrives damaged or incorrect. If that happens, contact me within 7 days and I will make it right. Apparel and bags work a little differently because they are made to order: damaged or misprinted items are replaced free within 30 days, but size exchanges are not available. Yes. If you are purchasing a Build Your Own Greeting Card 5-Pack, you can select your favorite cards during checkout. If you are ordering a premade bundle and want to swap something out, just leave a note at checkout or reach out before your order ships, and I will do my best to accommodate.

No minimums and no tiers to figure out. Every sticker is $3 flat, and you can add as many designs as you want straight from the stickers collection or any product page. Free U.S. shipping kicks in at $25. Buying for a whole clinic? Bulk and team pricing is available on larger orders.

Yes. Every sticker is premium waterproof, dishwasher-safe, UV-resistant matte vinyl with GREENGUARD Gold certified inks, printed at 2.5 to 3 inches. They survive sanitizer, coffee spills, and a fully booked Tuesday. Stick them on water bottles, laptops, clipboards, or badge reels. See the Funny Veterinary Stickers collection.

Each recognition notecard is A2 size (4.25 x 5.5 inches), blank inside for your own message, with an envelope included. I print them on Red River Polar Matte, a smooth, non-glare, bright white archival cardstock with real weight to it, so they feel premium in hand and the ink stays crisp. Mail worth keeping. Many designs are limited runs, so once they are gone, they are gone. Staples come back when I can restock them. If a design you want is sold out, reach out and I will tell you whether it is returning.
