❓ Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All orders currently ship free within the U.S. via USPS First Class or Media Mail, depending on size. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.


❓ When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2–4 business days.

Custom orders may take longer depending on design time, but I’ll always keep you updated.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, I’ll notify you and ship it as soon as it’s restockedβ€”usually within a few additional business days.


❓ How long does shipping take?

Most packages arrive within 7 business days after they ship. Please allow a little extra time during holidays or postal delays. If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, feel free to contact me.


❓ Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Because many items are handmade or custom-created, I don’t accept returns or exchanges unless something arrives damaged or incorrect.

If that happens, contact me within 7 days and I’ll make it right.


❓ Can I request specific cards in a bundle?

Yes! If you’re purchasing a Build Your Own Greeting Card 5-Pack, you’ll be able to select your favorite cards during checkout. If you’re ordering a premade bundle and want to swap something out, just leave a note at checkout or reach out before your order shipsβ€”I’ll do my best to accommodate.


❓ Can I order a custom design?

Yes! I love creating custom stickers, cards, and other designs for clinics, teams, and events. Head over to the Custom Orders page to submit your idea and I’ll get back to you with next steps.


❓ Do you offer bulk or clinic pricing?

Absolutelyβ€”bulk discounts are available for clinics, teams, and large orders. Just fill out the Custom Orders form and let me know what you’re looking for.


❓ Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. I currently only ship within the U.S., but I may expand in the future.
