Bulk & Team Orders
Buying for the whole team is a different problem than buying a gift. You need enough for everyone, you need it before the appreciation lunch, and you need a number you can put in front of whoever approves the spending.
So here it is. Real per-unit pricing, published up front, so you know the number before you ever email me.
How this works
Send me your list. I send back an invoice at the prices below, along with a real ship date.
Bulk orders do not go through the regular cart, because everything gets pulled, printed, or packed to order and I want to confirm your date before you pay anything. No discount codes to hunt for and no negotiating. The prices on this page are the prices.
Everything below is a design already in my shop. If you want your clinic logo or something brand new, that is a custom order, and I cover how that works further down.
Stickers
2.5 inch die-cut vinyl. Waterproof, dishwasher safe, and they will outlast the water bottle you stick them on.

Minimum 50. Example: 250 stickers is $375.00, enough to put something on every locker, laptop, and clipboard in a good sized hospital.
A2 Notecards
4.25 x 5.5 inches, blank inside so you can write the part that actually matters. Envelope included with every card.

The bigger format, for sympathy cards and the moments that need more room. Envelope included.

Memo Pads
For stocking every desk, every station, and the one drawer where pens go to disappear.

Memo pads come in these three quantities only. They are heavy, and fixed counts keep the shipping sane.
Engraved Pens
Pens take longer than anything else I make, and I want to be straight with you about why. I engrave every single one myself, one at a time, then wipe each one down by hand. A 150 pen order is most of a week of my bench time. Give me the most notice you can on these.

Mixing designs
Mix freely inside a product type. Your 250 stickers do not have to be 250 of the same design.
- Stickers: minimum 5 per design
- Notecards and 5x7 cards: minimum 10 per design
Send your design list with your request and I will pull and pack it. If you would rather I just build you a good spread, say "your pick" and I will curate it.
Bulk or custom?
Simple rule: if the design already exists in my shop, it is bulk. If it needs new artwork, it is custom.
- Bulk is everything on this page. Existing designs, published pricing.
- Custom is your clinic logo, your team's inside joke, a design built for your hospital. That starts with a $35 design fee, which covers the design work itself. It does not scale with quantity and it is not discounted, because it is my time rather than my inventory.
Once your custom artwork exists, reorders of it are bulk. You pay the design fee once.
Lead times
These are longer than the 2 to 4 business day shipping you see elsewhere on the site. Bulk takes more time, and I would rather give you a real number than a hopeful one.

Add 5 business days in October for Vet Tech Week and in December. Those months get busy, and I will not pretend otherwise. If you are ordering for an event, reach out 3 to 4 weeks ahead and we will be fine. Every quote I send has your actual ship date on it before you pay.
Shipping and payment
- Shipping is free. U.S. orders over $25 ship free, and every bulk order clears that easily.
- Pay the invoice by card, or route it through your practice account. Plenty of practices cannot put a team gift on someone's personal card, and a purchase order is no problem.
- First bulk order is paid up front. After that, we can talk about terms.

If you run a shop, a conference booth, or a program that wants to stock Vet Culture Co., email me directly. Wholesale works differently than clinic bulk and I would rather set it up properly with you than point you at a table.
